Your Holiday Directory Limited accepts no responsibility or liability whatsoever from any bookings made through this website. If there are errors, omissions, claims, allegations, poor communication, misunderstandings, cancellations or misrepresentation in respect of the holiday accommodation, this must be taken up with the advertiser/owner of the property or site.

The contract for all bookings is made directly between the paying guest and the owner of the accommodation. Payment for holiday accommodation is made to the advertiser/owner/representative as shown on the listings.

Whilst every effort has been made to ensure that all advertisers, properties and sites are legitimate, the responsibility is with the paying guest to ensure that the appropriate contact is made with the advertiser. The paying guest should ensure that all details are finalised prior to departure in respect of payments, access to the accommodation and any specific requirements. For your own peace of mind, we recommend that all arrangements are made and confirmed in writing.

If in any doubt, please ask the advertiser for references. We would appreciate any poor feedback in respect of advertised accommodation and/or agreements so that we may investigate and maintain our high standards. We are an on-line Advertising Company and we do not visit the accommodation ourselves.

Your Holiday Directory Limited advises that it is the holidaymaker’s responsibility to ensure that documents are valid and appropriate arrangements are made well in advance of travel. Passports must be current for the duration of a holiday (some Countries require Passports to be valid for a period of time beyond the travel dates).  Visas and vaccinations may be required for some destinations.  The Foreign and Commonwealth Office may advise against ‘travel’ or ‘all travel’ for some destinations.  Please see Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) for useful contact details.

In addition, Your Holiday Directory Limited would respectfully remind holidaymaker’s that the purchase of suitable Travel Insurance should be made prior to booking your travel arrangements. This will ensure that you are adequately covered in the event of problems adversely affecting your holiday.
