Child Friendly	:	Yes. Our facilities are child friendly. We have a games room which has table tennis, pool table, and we have a selection of toys, games and books. At the side of our house we have a large garden with outdoor toys, including a trampoline , swings, sandpit, and climbing frame with slide which children can use with adult supervision. For babies we supply various equipment - cot, microwave steriliser, highchair, baby toys. Also our kitchens are equipped with plastic cups, plates, bowls and child sized cutlery.
Pets Allowed	:	No. We are sorry, pets cannot be accommodated.

Skiing

In the winter the ski bus is 3 minutes walk from the house and it is possible to ski back to within 5 minutes of the house. The Hochkönig ski area has 39 lifts, 150 km of groomed slopes and 40 km of maintained cross country trails ranging from 900 to 2000m above sea level. The area is relatively unheard of in the British market, the pistes are quiet and the mountain restaurants offer good value.

Golf

The closest golf course is at Maria Alm - about 30 minutes away.

Further Details

Only 45 minutes to Salzburg, the spas at Bad Gastein and the lake at Zell am See. A truly tranquil place to relax and explore Austria. Leisure activities include walking, climbing, fishing, swimming, tennis, children's activities, a mine museum and hang-gliding. The village has a supermarket, an excellent bakers, tourist information, 2 banks, post office, chemist, cafes, restaurants and bars.
