There are gorgeous views of the water from most every room and the million-dollar view from the second floor deck which will accommodate a large group. The first floor is spacious and open with a completely equipped kitchen which flows into the large dining room with seating for twelve. The living room, as well as the first floor master bedroom, is a wall of windows with a direct view of the water.

Villa Deb is the only 4 bedroom home situated directly on the beach in Costa del Sol - a luxury oceanfront community. The front door is only 20 steps from the blue Caribbean. The sea in front is within the bounds of the Cozumel Reefs National Park. This home is located just south of Chankanaab National Park and only a 15 minute drive to downtown San Miguel. This luxurious home is part of the new community Costa del Sol, with 24 hour security, 135 ft pier, 400 ft beach, infinity pool plus children's pool, and coming soon - clubhouse and restaurant. Diving clubs can rent multiple homes in the community to accommodate larger groups. Just ask us about this.
