Little Gains Cottage is a Grade II listed 16th Century Tudor detached cottage, situated in an area of outstanding natural beauty. The cottage has recently been lovingly restored and is immaculate throughout. Little Gains offers self catering accommodation for up to 8 people. There is a wealth of exposed beams and a one acre enclosed garden, which includes a patio with gas barbecue and patio furniture. There is ample parking within the property for at least 4 cars.

The cottage can be found at the end of a no through road in the charming Kentish hamlet of Elmsted just 7 miles from the historical City of Canterbury. Little Gains enjoys a secluded spot which is surrounded by woodland and open rolling fields. The garden is just over an acre and is an ideal area to play, relax and enjoy the wildlife. There are some great local pubs serving delicious food and Kentish ales.
