Oak Cottage Elmsted Near Canterbury Kent is an attractive 17th century cottage close to Ashford and Canterbury in Kent with an independent self contained guest wing which has its own TV. Guests have use of a conservatory and beautiful garden set in unspoilt, wooded countryside.

We have one double bedroom and 2 single rooms, but please note that the single rooms are only let to family and friends of our guests staying in the double room.

The farmhouse has a fully fitted kitchen with ample dining for 6 guests, formal dining room for 8 guests, sitting room with open fire, study/snug with TV/DVD, cloakroom with WC. First Floor: Master bedroom with 5' bed and en suite bathroom with bath and hand held shower attachment, double bedroom with 4'6 bed, twin bedroom, single bedroom with bunk beds, family bathroom with spray attachment. The garden is just over an acre.
