We have 4 sun loungers on the top terrace. Both terraces overlook the pool, have sea views and enjoy sunshine until late in the evening. Large communal swimming pool with small pool for children. Access to the pool area is via a locked gate, therefore is safe and secure. The pool area also has sun loungers.

The property is up stairs and so has gorgeous views. However, this does mean that elderly or infirm would not find our apartment suitable. There are also stairs within the apartment.

Windsurfing, snorking and scuba diving are just a few of the water sports available locally. Playa Bastian is superb for all water sports.
Golf
The Islands only golf course is about 3 km distance from our apartment. We have played regularly on this course and so would be happy to provide further information or answer general queries, if required.
Further Details
Costa Teguise (4 miles/7km northeast of Arrecife) is a quiet, relaxed resort, built around an excellent sandy beach. There are ample watersport facilities at Costa Teguise. As well as offering an 18-hole golf course, excellent restaurants, bars, car hire, taxis and local shops, you will also find the essentials such as banks, cash point machines and supermarkets. The only Aquapark on the Island of Lanzarote is situated in Costa Teguise and only a 5-minute drive from Playa Bastian.

Our preference is a Thursday changeover, but we will try to accommodate other days where possible. Please do contact us. We are charged a supplement by our management company for Saturday/Sunday changeovers, so if your holiday starts/finishes at a weekend, please add £25 to the prices quoted. Check In Time is 4pm.
