Cornwall is a stunning place to visit at any time of the year. We have lots of visitors come for weekend breaks and they always comment on how relaxing the experience has been.
Our semi-detached barn conversion has a very peaceful setting down a country lane surrounded by open countryside. A few minutes drive takes you to either the North or South coasts with spectacular beaches and unspoiled fishing coves. Many of our guests have commented that they don't need to go anywhere and would happily stay in the garden! The private garden is fully enclosed with a sunny patio, lawn and barbecue.

Travel
The famous harbour town of St. Ives is 7 miles away and is popular with all our guests. Here you'll find beautiful beaches and a wide selection of restaurants and galleries.
Also nearby are the popular destinations of Penzance, St. Michael's Mount, Mousehole and Land's End. The Eden Project is approximately 40 minutes drive as is Newquay with it's zoo and water parks and the Helford River. Day trips to the Scilly Isles are available from Penzance and Lands End via boat, plane and helicopter.

External facilities: The private garden is fully enclosed with a sunny patio, lawn and barbecue. It is south facing and ideal for a sunny breakfast or a relaxing lunch.
Additional information: Full oil-fired underfloor heating (included).

Travel cot and highchair can be provided.

Special Notes
Child Friendly: Yes. Our facilities are child friendly. Many of our visitors bring children as the property is ideal: The garden is enclosed and there are no stairs to worry about. We have a travel cot and highchair and all rooms are fitted with blackout blinds, essential for peaceful sleep in the summer. In the living room you'll find DVDs, board games, books and toys.
Naomi (a qualified primary teacher) provides a babysitting service for your much needed night off (£7 per hour).
Pets Allowed: Yes. Pets are welcome. You are welcome to bring your dog between September and June. The garden is enclosed and there are many great walks all around the property. A map showing public footpaths is provided in the house. Please note that there is a dog ban on many beaches between Easter day and October 1st.
We provide a map of all dog friendly beaches in the area.
We do ask that dogs are not allowed to foul the garden in any way. We have animals of our own and there are cattle in nearby fields - please do not let your dog roam free unless it can be trusted.
Please make sure that their Frontline/Stronghold treatment is up to date.
Noteworthy Features: Yoga Holidays - Get together with friends, come alone or with a partner. Relax and enjoy personal yoga sessions with your very own teacher.

Cornwall has some great surfing beaches that provide year round fun for those not afraid to get their hair wet. We can arrange for tuition through our partnership with Global boarders. Equipment can be hired from Down The Line or from most beaches in summer.

Bookings can be reserved with a cheque for 30% of the total holiday price. The balance is due 8 weeks before your holiday start date. If booking less that 8 weeks before, full payment is required.
