We are situated on Pentire Headland approximately 10 minutes drive from central Newquay. The headland is one of Cornwalls most desirable locations as it offers spectacular sea views from its raised position above the surrounding coastline, and across the world renowned Fistral Beach, Cornwall's premier surfing location.
Our holiday home is tastefully decorated throughout offering guests modern comforts in style. To the rear of the house a decked patio overlooks Fistral Beach, and a communal grassed area which provides a safe outdoor play or sunbathing spot, close to the pool (open May - October).
Situated at the front of the house, we have the unique added benefit of our own garden boarded by shrubs, with another decked patio, providing the ideal barbecue location allowing guests to enjoy the last rays of the sun setting on the horizon.

Changeover Day	:	Bookings are from Sunday to Sunday. In order that your accommodation can be properly prepared, it is important that you do not arrive before 3.00pm and that you depart by 10.00am.

Booking Notes

A deposit of 20% of the total cost of the booking must be returned with the booking form for the booking to be reserved. Bookings are secured on a first come first served basis. The balance of the booking cost is due 6 weeks prior to the start date of your holiday.
A separate cheque representing a refundable ‘holiday bond’ of £150 is to be sent at the same time as you make your final payment. This cheque will be cashed 1 week prior to your holiday commencing and deductions will be made in the event of:
Any breakages.
Damage to furniture or fittings.
Removal of any items from the property.
Damage to the exterior of the property including any damage to neighbours property.
We would ask you to please leave the holiday accommodation in a clean and tidy condition. Any "extra" cleaning costs will be deducted from the holiday bond at the owners discretion. This holiday bond will be returned to you the day after the end of your holiday. If any deductions apply you will be notified beforehand.
