The swimming pool is positioned in the top garden which soaks up the sun from morning to evening. There are sun loungers, table & chairs and also a children's unsupervised play area with swings, toddlers slide, climbing rope plus many trikes and other outside children's toys.
Why not try the fruit from our apple, pear, plum and apricot trees or the strawberries and raspberries.

All the bedrooms are very comfortable, the family room having a double bed and bunk beds. Two of the bedrooms are en-suite and a third bathroom is next to the third bedroom.

There are 3 shower rooms with shower, basin and WC, plus a further WC downstairs.
The huge lounge/dining room is beautifully furnished and has TV and videos, hi-fi and CD’s, plus books and games for all ages.

The semi-circular kitchen is fully fitted with all modern conveniences and we have retained the original wine press and stone flagged floor where one can see the footprint depressions of the wine press operators.
External facilities

SOLEIL has it's own patio area with BBQ tables and chairs etc... also the pool is situated in the top garden which soaks up the sun from morning to late evening.

French doors lead from the foyer (where there is a downstairs toilet) to your own private patio area complete with garden furniture and barbeque.
