Your luxury vacation home has its own private 30x15’ swimming pool, with large deck area facing south and covered lanai for shade. There is a Jacuzzi spa for the ultimate in relaxation, with ample patio furniture for all guests.
The Villa has a huge living room with a double-height cathedral ceiling, ceiling fan and patio doors overlooking the pool area and lake beyond. There is a large screen multi-channel American cable TV with DVD/VCR, Playstation 2 and cassette/CD player. The separate dining area has a stunning column support glass table seating six people and should you wish to escape somewhere quieter there's a second lounge area with sofa and large glass coffee table.
The fully equipped kitchen has an oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, American fridge/freezer/icemaker, which will more than cater for all your needs.
The master bedroom really is something to behold! It is the ultimate in privacy and luxury. Accessed by a gallery walkway and occupying the whole of the East side of the upper floor. It is fully furnished with a King-size mahogany bed and has patio doors leading onto its own balcony. There is a second master bedroom with Queen-size bed, which opens onto the pool deck, third double bedroom and two twin themed rooms, all with TV’s.

The patio doors lead directly onto a private balcony, with wonderful views across the conservation area. Hot air balloons regularly glide over the skyline.

Pool & Spa
The pool deck is screened and has been extended to allow all our guests plenty of space for their sun loungers, yet keep an eye on the children enjoying the pool without getting drenched! In this area you can relax, enjoy a cold drink by the south facing, extended 30’ x 15’ pool or chill out in our heated Jacuzzi spa after a hectic day at the park. There is even an outside shower to help you cool down in the heat of the Florida sun! The huge lanai offers some welcome shade, with a table & chairs for alfresco dining.
