Booking Notes
A non-refundable booking deposit of £150 or $250 per week is required to secure your booking. On receipt of this deposit and signed booking form your booking will be confirmed. The additional total rental costs plus security deposit will be required 10 weeks prior to the start date of the rental. A security bond of £200 or $350 is required 10 weeks prior to the start date of the rental.
Arrival at the property must be after 4.00 pm local time. The property must be vacated by 10.30 am on the day of departure.
