Restricted. We are able to offer restricted facilities for disabled and/or wheelchair access. Our property has one small step at the entrance. Inside the accommodation is all one floor with an open plan. Some wheelchair users may find our property to be suitable.

Yes. Our facilities are child friendly. We are VERY CHILD FRIENDLY as we offer free use of a full-size crib, 2 highchairs, 2 strollers and a toddler bed rail! Our home is all on one floor eliminating the hazards of stairs and lofts and there are pool alarms on all poolside doors for safety. For extra peace of mind, there is an easy to install pool safety fence.
There are plenty of videos, board games, books, toys, and a PS2 with games to entertain all ages (including the adults in the party!).
We also provide 2 children's bicycles with SAFETY helmets and tennis equipment for use on the nearby court!

A booking is confirmed once a completed booking form is submitted with a deposit of $150/£100 per week booked. The balance plus a refundable $175/£125 security deposit is due 8 weeks prior to arrival. Credit card customers may opt to have their credit card details held in lieu of payment of the security deposit. For your convenience, arrival information will contain a lock box code for entry, so no stops for key pick-ups are necessary.
