Smoking restricted. Our home is non smoking for the comfort of all guests, however, smoking is allowed out on the pool deck.

The Master bedroom is situated at the front of the house, it has a Queen size bed, 2nd TV with cable and video, and radio alarm. The en-suite bathroom has Twin vanity units, walk-in shower and large marble bath tub.
Bedroom 2 has a Queen size bed and bedrooms 3 & 4 both have Twin beds. Bedroom 3 is for the sporty fans and has a TV and a playstation 2. Bedroom 4 is decorated for the Mickey & Minnie fans with various fluffy toys and books.

Family bathroom with bath/shower, WC and washbasin.
En-suite has large marble tub twin vanity units, and double size walk-in shower.
We have two lounge areas with comfortable seating, cable tv with dvd player and video with a good choice of dvd's and videos, music system with variety of cds.
A Dining area to seat six overlooks the pool for more formal dining or a dining nook to seat 4 is available in the fully equipped kitchen area.

We have a seperate utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer & ironing facilities.

Our large pool is south facing so ensures the sun from dawn till dusk, it has underwater lighting, ideal after a long day at the parks, and can be heated during the winter months. Our pool deck is fully screened (to keep out the bugs) but not the rays, and is equipped with 4 sun-loungers a dining table and chairs and we do have a barbeque for your use.

Our garage has been converted to a games room with air hockey, table football, safety darts and a pool table. The garden has the advantage of being fully fenced for complete privacy.

Our property is managed by a local company who actually live on Lindfields, they are avaialble should you have any probelms during your stay. Our home is cleaned for your arrival, and whilst you are expected to leave it reasonably tidy it is cleaned on your departure ready for the next guest.

Booking Notes
We require £150/$200 per week deposit to hold your reservation, we would then require full payment 10 weeks before departure. We also ask at this time for a £200/$300 security deposit which is refunded 7 days after you depart, subject to checks via our local mc, for damages.
