A deposit of 25% of the rental is required at booking, with the balance being due eight weeks before the rental period commences.
A refundable security deposit of £100 is taken with the balance and refunded after the holiday.
Access is by arrangement with the owners.

1st May- 30th June £400 per week 
Other £350 per week 
 
Additional notes on pricing
Price is per week.
Long lets will be discounted by arrangements with the owners.
A fuel supplement may be charged for winter lets.
