Welcome to ‘Citrus View’, our luxury 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom villa, on the small community of Westbury.
The inviting 28 x 15 pool, on an extended deck, is south facing for maximum sun. Sun loungers are available whole area mesh screened for guests comfort.
There are privacy fences to each side with citrus trees and hedge to the rear.
Fabulous Game Room with a full sized, slate bed American pool table, table football, electronic darts, air hockey and to help enjoy the room a radio/CD player.
Master Bedroom 1 overlooks the pool and provides a Kingbed, Cable TV, walk-in wardrobe, hairdryer, en-suite bathroom with large shower.
Master Bedroom 2 overlooks the front garden and has a Queenbed, built-in wardrobe, Cable TV, hairdryer, en-suite bathroom with large shower.
We have 2 twin bedrooms both with TV and ceiling fans. They share the 3rd bathroom.
A full sized wooden cot with linen and high chair is provided.
Located on HW 27 just off the I4, approximately 10 minutes from Disney Maingate, 9.6miles from MGM Studios.
Our villa is of brick construction, fully air conditioned and has ceiling fans in every room. There are alarmed doors and windows to pool area in accordance with Florida law.

2 Twin Bedrooms provide a further 4 beds - one room is
Disney theme. Both share the third bathroom that has a
bath and shower.

A queen bedsofa in the living room provides bed space for a
further 2 guests.

The patio doors lead to the covered lanai. During the midday sun the shade and ceiling fan will help keep you cool.
You may choose to cook on the gas BBQ, gas range or send for a take away - there are several that deliver in the area.

Further Details
Westbury is just 1 to 2 minutes from junction 55 of Interstate 4, south on Highway 27 making it perfect access not only for the themed parks, shopping, either coast but also to explore Florida.
Go east down the I4 , 1st junction Champions Gate for golf, shopping and renting DVDs and games.
Second junction is to Disney’s Maingate the entrance to a world of fantasy and pleasure for all ages. Just 9.6 miles from MGM studios.
Then HW 192 where you can play crazy golf, eat in every type of restaurant, shop in the flea markets, supermarkets and gift shops.
Next stop up the I4 is the Sea World turning and the start of International Drive.
A couple more exits on and you reach Universal, the city walk and the Island of Adventure a huge favourite for those who love roller coasters!
Turn off onto the 528 for Coca Beach and Kennedy Space Centre. Don’t forget to stop at all the shopping Outlets and Malls on the way!
Go West on the I4, Junction 55 means 55 miles from Tampa, and you are at the Gulf coast with white sands warm water sea and pelicans diving for fish.
If your passion is golf there are Championship golf courses within minutes of our villa.
Fishing lakes and water sports are just down the road.
There are food shops, restaurants, fast food and gas stations all within a short drive of the Westbury community.
Home cooking of Perkins, Bob Evans and Cracker Barrel, or try Chinese, Wendy’s, MacDonald’s, Denny’s and Burger King.
Several places do carryout meals and will deliver to Westbury.
We are 2 minutes from the developing Posner Park where a Super Target Supermarket opens this Spring with other shops to follow.
Publix supermarket is 5 minutes south and Walmart is 8 minutes south or north of Westbury.
