The apartment is situated 600 metres from the sea, in the bustling fishing village of Rafailovici. The village is located between the picturesque town of Sveti Stefan and Budva’s medieval walled city and is nestled at the end of a 1 mile long sand and shingle beach.
The central area of Montenegro:- Go and explore the central area of Montenegro where you will find a number of historical and cultural monuments including Skadar Lake. The National Park covers 40,000 ha and is one of the largest lakes in Europe, containing 40 different kinds of fish. Bordered to the east by Albania the lake is encircled on three sides by the Montenegrin mountains. The national park is one of the largest bird preserves in Europe. Take a boat trip around the lake and see for your self the sheer beauty the lake has to offer.
The mountains of Montenegro:- The Mountains offer a diverse range of activities, including high altitude skiing, white water rafting, mountaineering and hill walking. Well worth a visit is Tara Canyon - the second largest in the world, the Tara is Montenegro's longest river offering not only spectacular scenery and historical monuments, but exceptional white water rafting.

Further Details
The apartment is located just a few kilometres south of Budva in this bustling fishing village with a small harbour and a beautiful long sand and shingle beach with views towards Sveti Stefan. Along the promenade are a good selection of bars, shops and restaurants, in particular there is one of Montenegro’s finest fish restaurants ‘Tri Ribara’ (Three Fisherman) where you can sample the catch of the day and wash it down with the locally produced wine Vranac.
During the summer, there is a road train that runs along a coastal path between Budva and Rafailovici, it leaves from the promenade approximately every 20 minutes and costs 2 euros one way. There are also boat trips that take you along the coast, these operate regularly throughout the day from the promenade.

A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking with the remainder payable 6 weeks before your stay. If you book within 6 weeks of your stay the full amount is payable.
A €150 refundable security deposit is payable in cash to the local agent on arrival to cover any material damage.
